More about this blend
Our 2025 Christmas blend is a delicious blend of two coffees.
The first is a natural processed coffee from the village of Sakoko, in the Ermera region of Timor-Leste. It’s the first time we’ve featured an East Timorese coffee in our Christmas blend and it contributes berry jam and tropical fruit notes, and a sweet, syrupy body.
The second coffee in this year’s Christmas blend comes from Finca Carrizal, nestled between the Poas and Barva volcanoes in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. It was processed on the farm using the Black Honey process, and gives the blend notes of dark dried fruits, cinnamon and candied citrus.
